Important Information About Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to Ahlan Egypt Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any travel arrangements with us.


1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through authorized channels, including our website, email, or official agents.

  • A deposit (typically 25%-50% of the total tour price) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to the tour start date unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods provided by Ahlan Egypt Tours.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:

    • More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus service fees

    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

    • 14 days or less: no refund

  • No refund is available for unused services or “no-shows.”


3. Changes by the Client

  • Requests for changes (dates, itinerary, accommodations) must be made in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • Ahlan Egypt Tours reserves the right to charge a service fee for any amendments.


4. Changes or Cancellations by Ahlan Egypt Tours

  • We reserve the right to cancel or alter tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.


5. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

  • Insurance should cover medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.


6. Passports & Visas

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas.

  • Ahlan Egypt Tours provides guidance but is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect travel documentation.


7. Health & Fitness

  • Clients must inform Ahlan Egypt Tours of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

  • Some tours may involve physical activities and may not be suitable for individuals with certain health issues.


8. Liability

  • Ahlan Egypt Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.


9. Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour.

  • Ahlan Egypt Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.


10. Complaints

  • Any complaints should be communicated immediately to the tour guide or company representative.

  • Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour’s end for consideration.


11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
